Commercial
What the job actually involves.
Commercial work here is where the company started, with exterior construction and tenant improvement, and it includes commercial roof reconstructions and large commercial roofing and gutter projects run together with trade partners.
Low slope is a different trade from a steep-slope shingle roof. Water sits rather than runs, so every seam, drain, curb and penetration is a potential failure point, and the deck below is usually carrying units, conduit and foot traffic that a residential roof never sees. A tear-off on an occupied building is as much a logistics problem as a roofing one: staging, access, noise, and which sections come off in which order so the business underneath keeps running.
How It Works
Call or send the form
Call (817) 210-2312 or send the form and tell us what is going on with your roof.
Roof inspection
We inspect the roof for storm damage, leaks and wear, and go over what we found with you.
Estimate and insurance
You get an estimate for the work. If there is hail or wind damage, we work with your insurance company on the claim.
The work
Our crew completes the job and cleans up the property when it is done.
The Difference
The part that decides whether it holds up.
Sometimes the right answer is not a replacement at all. A membrane with life left in it and a handful of failing details is cheaper to repair and maintain than to tear off, and saying so is the difference between a contractor and a salesperson.

Commercial, answered.
Can you work around our tenants?
That is most of the job. Sections get sequenced, access and staging get agreed before anything starts, and the noisy work gets scheduled where it does the least damage to the people underneath.
Do we have to replace the whole roof?
Not necessarily. A membrane with remaining life and failing details is often a repair and maintenance job rather than a tear-off. You get told which one you have.
What systems do you work with?
Low-slope membrane systems and the details that go with them: drains, curbs, penetrations, edge metal and flashings. Ask about a specific system and you will get a straight answer about whether it is the right one for your deck.
Who handles the permits and the schedule?
Both get handled as part of the project. Tenant improvement and exterior construction were the two pages their previous site led with, so this is familiar ground.
